Digital products are generally delivered immediately after verified payment and cannot be returned like physical goods. However, duplicate charges, corrupted files, missing delivery, or a product materially different from its description will be reviewed fairly. Your statutory consumer rights and the checkout provider’s applicable terms remain unaffected.
